No, never. You only pay the fixed licence fee. Whether you receive 10 or 10,000 bookings per month, it costs you nothing extra. The only transaction fees are those from your payment provider (Stripe or Mollie).
After purchase you instantly receive a licence key via email. Enter it in the plugin settings to activate updates and support. The number of sites on which you can use the plugin varies by plan.
The plugin keeps working fully — your existing bookings, client data and settings remain untouched. You simply won't receive updates and support until you renew.
Yes, with a Pro or Agency plan you can automatically send confirmations, reminders and cancellations via WhatsApp. You need a WhatsApp Business API account for this.
