Fusey built a WordPress website that conveys the professional yet personal character of Nell Vastgoed. The hero section featuring the iconic Dom Tower of Utrecht immediately anchors the company in the region. The rental listings are clearly presented with an integration to Pararius, the largest rental housing platform in the Netherlands.
A dedicated allocation protocol page clearly explains how the tenant selection process works. This builds trust and prevents unnecessary enquiries. The combination of strong visual design and clear information structure makes the site an effective business card for the company.
The challenge
Nell Vastgoed needed a website that reflected their personal approach in the property market. The challenge was threefold: the rental listings had to be easy to manage and keep up to date, the allocation process had to be communicated transparently to inform tenants, and the site had to look professional enough to build trust with both tenants and property owners in the competitive Utrecht market.
Our solution
We delivered a WordPress website with the Divi theme that puts the Utrecht identity of Nell Vastgoed front and centre. The imposing hero image of the Dom Tower gives the site immediate character and recognition. The allocation page explains the selection protocol step by step, conveying transparency and professionalism. The privacy page and contact options are set up in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
